Greshornish Shellfish was established in 1988 by Campbell Dickson and Robert Macrae. Situated on the North Coast of the Isle of Skye, we grow our mussels in the sheltered waters of Loch Greshornish.

From small beginnings the company now produces in excess of 120 tons of mussels a year.

Destined for Scotland's finest markets Greshornish Shellfish is sold in many top restaurants and food retailers throughout the UK and Continental Europe where its quality is well recognized. Great care is taken in the growing, harvesting and distribution of our shellfish, ensuring only the best possible produce reaches your table.
